The Neo-Baroque Bachelor's Palace also called '' the Bachelor's House '' located in Świerklaniec at Parkowa Street, near Tarnowskie Góry. Ownership of the year Donnersmarck, built as a temporary residence, serving magnates during hunting. In the years 1924-1937 the palace was inhabited by Feliks Calonder - chairman of the Mixed Commission for Upper Silesia. After World War II, the facility was converted into a training center for miners. Currently, the "Bachelor's Palace" houses an exclusive hotel and restaurant, as well as the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center. The residence is surrounded by a historic French-style park and a forest, where there is a reservoir and numerous bike paths, making it a perfect place for a weekend rest.
