The well probably exists since the Middle Ages, a city well in Cieszyn. Currently protected by a cast-iron, neo-Gothic gazebo from 1868, intended to commemorate the legendary meeting at the well of three brothers - the founders of Cieszyn. It is one of the most characteristic symbols of the city of Cieszyn. The well probably already served in the Middle Ages and supplied water to the inhabitants and the nearby burgher brewery. It is difficult to say since when she was associated with the application of the foundation of Cieszyn and since she was named after the Three Brothers. However, already in the mid-nineteenth century on the initiative of Paweł Stalmach, the well was renovated, and in 1868 secured with a cast iron gazebo, specially cast for this purpose at the steel plant in Třinec. The gazebo was built in the form of a 3-meter high prism with a hexagonal base and partly openwork side walls. It was covered with a tin, pyramidal roof. Three walls are closed, the remaining open, supported by cast-iron pillars. Inside there are boards with the application text in Polish, Latin and German.
