Góra Żar is located in the Little Beskids, on the Międzybrodzkie Lake. From the top there is a wonderful panorama of the Żywieckie Lake, the Magurka Wilkowicka range and Hrobacza Łąka. From 2003, the summit can be reached by cable car, which belongs to the Polish Cableways. The queue can accommodate 110 people at a time, and its capacity is 1100 people / h. In addition, we have a T-bar lift with a capacity of 750 people / h. The 1600 m long red ski trail is one of the longest ski runs in the Beskids. From the top, we also have the option of descending along the blue 300-meter route to which a T-bar lift leads. The routes are very well prepared, artificially snowed by modern machines, and illuminated. The slope is quite wide and varied, so both beginners and well-riding skiers and snowboarders should be satisfied.
